Under One Sky

Under One Sky is an inclusive, immersive dance experience, co-created with and for children with complex neurodiverse and physical support needs.

Created especially for children in hospital settings, many of whom are long-term patients with limited opportunities to experience the sky. The work brings the universal and inclusive concept of the sky to clinical spaces through movement, sensory design and imaginative play.

Inspired by changing skies and natural moments, including sunrise, drifting clouds and star-filled nights. Under One Sky invites children to engage in ways that feel comfortable and accessible to them, whether through movement, observation, touch, sound or shared moments of connection.

The work is designed to fully transform clinical settings, creating spaces of wonder, softness and escapism within the hospital environment. Through light, texture, movement and interaction, Under One Sky offers children and families a chance to pause, connect and experience moments of joy and calm together.

Currently still in development.
